Renowned for its opulent ambience and an array of indulgent treatments, from luxurious facials to therapeutic massages, the spa brand focuses on holistic rejuvenation. With a commitment to top-tier products and a serene environment, it offers a transformative experience for body and mind.
The Challenge
With an established following, Beauty Secrets needed to maximise the impact of their socials on their audience to increase engagement. This in turn could also be leveraged to increase their Black Friday Sales.
Our Solution
Lucky Seven capitalised on the established socials audience, increasing engagement and most importantly, sales.
What we did:

Utilised the ‘stories’ feature on Instagram, reposting all grid posts to maximise reach and including encouraging the 5 salons to send in content which was then posted onto stories.

Pivoted content to more dynamic posts, favouring reels and carousels over statics.

Focused on pushing the more purchased services at the salons, rather than those that were the most expensive.

Ran a paid ad which showcased this variety of treatments to emphasise the range of services offered.
